• The computer is DOA (Dead on Arrival).
• The computer you received, involves components other than the parts described in this listing.
• The buyer is responsible to pay for the returning shipping. Shipping insurance is required for returning shipping. All returns must be undamaged and in as-new condition.

Labor and Parts Warranty Two year warranty on all parts and labor.

Aerodrifting Systems warranty covers all our custom computer systems against defects in materials and workmanship up to two years (24 months). All claims for warranty service must be made during the term of the warranty. All components are tested for stability and performance before they ship. If a component fails or is found to be defective and is reported during this term, we will repair or replace the defective part(s) with new or reconditioned part(s) at our discretion. If a certain part is no longer available on the market, We will either substitute for an equivalent part or offer an upgrade option.

Limitations of Liability

We are not accountable for damages and costs that are the results of accidents(such as lightning, flood) or misuse/abuse of your computers. All warranty will be voided if modification of existing BIOS/Firmware, overclocking (anything other than our configurations), hardware upgrades are done by customers without our approval. Repairs made to your system by anyone else other than Aerodriftingsystem will also remove your warranty.

Replacement Parts

If we determine a part is defective, and you are capable of swapping out the part yourself, we can send a replacement part out to you as soon as we receive the defective part. We are not accountable for any damages stemming from improper installation of the new part. It is your responsibility to know how to safely work with the hardware you are replacing, and if you do not have the knowledge or experience, you should not attempt to swap out a part on your own.

Shipping Warranty

You are responsible for shipping costs to ship your computer system back to Aerodrifting Systems for repair. You may choose any carrier to send us your computer system for repair. It is highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance when you do so. System MUST BE properly package to protect it against damage during shipping. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from improper packaging. Computer systems are generally repaired within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the delivery. Once repairs are completed, we will return your computer system at our cost back to you via FedEx ground service with insurance.

Shipping and Handling

We only ship to Confirmed Paypal Addresses. Standard flat rate shipping and handling will be $49.99 to the 48 contiguous states of United States. Shipping insurance is included. A direct signature is required upon delivery.

• Can I further customize my computer?

  We are at your service! Check out our store for all additional upgrades from extra case fans, solid state drives to high end custom water cooling solutions. All components will be professionally installed and tested prior to shipping. We will be constantly adding more selections to help you further customize your computer. If you have a specific setup in mind, we can also create a custom listing with your exact setup just for you!

• What do you recommend for a gaming monitor?

  We recommend name brand (ASUS/Acer/SAMSUNG etc) 23-27 inch LCD Monitor with LED backlight, 2ms (GTG) response time for gaming. 1920 x 1080 (1080P) is becoming the standard resolution for PC gaming.

• What is overclocking? What are the benefits?

  Overclocking is the process of making a computer components run faster than factory specified speed via BIOS or software modification. CPU overclocking is the most common and effective overclocking among enthusiasts. With the correct settings and sufficient cooling, a system can gain up to 30% more performance than stock. All our overclocking are done professionally, and we stress test our systems for days for quality assurance to provide you with the best performance and reliability. At last, overclocked systems are future proof, they are much less likely to become obsolete in a few years.

• What do you think of water cooling?  Do you offer water cooling on custom setups?  

  Besides being visually appealing, water cooling is typically used for extreme aiming for a high overclock (IE. Intel Core i7 2600K processor @ 5.0GHz) usually have to get themselves wet because such clock speed is normally un-attainable on air cooling without breaking the temperature barrier. The best coolant for water cooling is pure distilled water. A good water cooling loop is always custom built, usually consists of one or more dual/triple 120mm fan radiator, a powerful reliable pump and high performance water block(s). You might have noticed those cheap self containing all in one water cooling kits used by other sellers, those are NOT good water cooling setups. They offer similar cooling performance to high end air coolers (such as the one we use, Corsair A70) while exposing you to unnecessary risks. We do NOT recommend those self containing all in one water cooling kits. Our water cooling setup will always be custom built, pass over 72 hours of leak testing for quality assurance. Water cooling on video cards is required on Three-Way SLI setups and above.
