- This is a low profile PCI
Express video card. A Low profile is a shorter type
card that is for small form factor (SFF) PCs. If you have a full
sized standard computer system, this card is not for you. Make sure
your PC is small form factor that has a PCI Express x16 slot that
can fit a low profile PCI Express card.
- The card with with two output
ports, S-video card DVI-I. It has no 15-pin VGA output for
traditional monitors. While most LCDs come with DVI input,
traditional CRT monitors (the giant monitor with a tube inside) do
not typically with with a DVI port. In this case, you will need a
DVI to VGA adapter to connect to this video card. The
DVI to VGA adapter is $1.45 each and ships free with the
purchase of this video card. You will only need the DVI to VGA
adapter if you have an older type of monitor. If you have a newer
type of LCD monitor, most likely your LCD monitor already comes with
DVI support.

How soon do you
ship? We usually ship a component order on the next business day after we
receive your payment (or after your eCheck clears). For a computer system order,
we usually ship in 2 to 3 business days. When counting business days,
please exclude weekends and national holidays.

Which shipping methods do you use?
Generally, small component orders are shipped by the USPS. Computer system
orders are shipped by FedEx ground or UPS. It is at the seller's discretion
which shipping method we choose. If you have a specific preference, ask before
you make a purchase.

some items can not. If the items can be combined, shipping cost will be combined
as: the highest base shipping rate + additional shipping rate for each

If you choose
overnight shipping,
it does not mean you will receive the item tomorrow. Add order processing time
to the transit time, this is the total lead time. Order processing time is
specified in each offer listing. For example, if payment is made on a
Thursday and the processing time is 1 day, we will ship on Friday. You will
receive the package next Monday since courier delivers on week days, not on
weekends.

Tracking

Where is
the tracking number?
Tracking number will
be sent to your PayPal e-mail address if the payment is made by PayPal. If the
payment is made with other methods, tracking number will be sent to your
e-mail address.

I don't have the tracking number. What's
up? Tracking
number will be sent to you automatically when the shipping label is printed. If
you don't get the tracking number in the e-mail, check your junk e-mail folder.
Quite often, this happens as a result of buyer's aggressive junk mail filter. To
allow us to work efficiently to service most buyers, we are unable to respond to
individual inquires asking for tracking numbers.

Warranty and Return

items carry a one year dealer warranty, unless otherwise stated.

If you have a problem with your purchase,
please contact us following the "Ask seller a question" link on . In your
e-mail, let us know the serial number of the item, and try to be specific when
you explain the problem. If you see an error message, let us know the exact
error message. General words like "DOA" or "Not working" does not help us
understand a problem.

authorize a return for replacement or refund. No RMA number is necessary. Please
include our e-mail response with your return.

Buyer prepays return
shipping. If we replace an item for you, we will prepay the replacement item
shipping.

Returns for credit
must be made within 30 days of delivery, and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
