• There is a handling fee on all items. Handling fee will pay for shipping box, bubble wrap, packing peanuts and labor to safely package products for shipment.

• No Handling fee for local pickups, please email us if you would like to setup a local pick up.
• Local pickups only at our Burlingame center between 11AM-5PM Mon-Sat
• Payments will need to be made through checkout ahead of pickup date only
• All local pickups will be processed 1-2 days after payment is cleared and dependent on the daily shipping queue. We will email you a confirmation number for all paid local pickups. Any pickups without a confirmation number will not be serviced.
• All items must be picked up within 7 days of sale ending, after 7 days of sale ending all items will incur a storage fee of a $1.00 per listing per day charge or for items placed on a pallet will incur a $5.00 per listing per day charge. After 30 days items will be recycled with no refund given. No Exceptions.

• Desktops, LCDs or any items between 15-40lbs + $4.00 handling fee
• Servers, Printers or any items between 40-60lbs + $6.00 handling fee
