Terms and Conditions

Warranty:

• We do not guarantee that manufacturer warranty applicable to the product that we list as “New”, but do guarantee that it has never been used nor registered with manufacturer.
• We are not an authorized reseller of any brand name that we sell. However, we are a legally established reseller in state of Utah and provide sales receipt with every sold item so you can register the product and check with manufacturer if warranty applicable.

Return Policy:

• We guarantee our products against DOA (Damaged on Arrival) ONLY.
• Our standard return policy is 14 days from the date the item is delivered.
• We do not provide warranty and do not guarantee our products to be covered by manufacturer warranty.
• We do not accept items back for refund because of compatibility issues, or because you did not like the product. Please make sure you have all information about the product before offerding or buying.
• We record serial numbers of all products that we sell, and expect returned item match the item that you ship back for a refund.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping cost, but we will pay for shipping of the replacement product if same or similar product is available in stock.
• All freight damages must be reported immediately for us to file an insurance claim with shipping courier.

Payment:

• Payments must be received within next 3 days of sale closing. Non-Paying buyer dispute will be filed with automatically if payment is not received within 3 days, unless you contact us and provide a reasonable explanation of the delay of your payment.
• We accept PayPal payments only. buyers who do not have PayPal account are blocked from offerding or buying automatically.
