Product Warranty:-Every product sold on this store is warranted for 30 days from the date of Invoice and is guaranteed against DOA. Each and every product is tested and is in excellent condition when it is shipped. All parts sold are Genuine and are original Equipment manufactured.
Return Policy:-Any Defective or DOA product should be reported within 7 days of receipt. JMDCOMP reserve the right to provide replacement or refund. No returns will be processed after the seven day period.

Depending upon your location Ground Orders may take 2-10 Business days to deliver. Working day’s Mon to Friday will not ship on holidays. Business Hours:9:30am - 5:30pm Pacific Time Monday –Friday.Closed weekends and all major holidays.
International orders may be subject to local customs and duties, for which Buyer is solely responsible. To prepare item and documents for international shipping, allow1-2 business daysbefore item will be shipped. We are not responsible for any customs or Shipping Carrier Delays. We are not responsible for any damages to the goods while in transit.
