Sunset Micro only accepts PayPal as the method of payment for sales. You are able to pay with a credit card through PayPal which is an option during checkout.

Immediate payment may be required on Buy It Now items.

Payments are due within 3 day of the end of the sale date. If payment is not received, an unpaid case will be opened. If not paid by the 7th day, the item will be relisted, and unpaid item claim will be reported to . Once this unpaid item claim has closed, we will no longer be able to accept payment.

Sunset Micro does not cancel transactions for any reason. Please be sure to read the entire description and understand what you are offerding.

Shipping and Delivery

To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, Sunset Micro partners with shipping industry leaders UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for packages under one pound. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which specific carrier was used for your products as well as a tracking number for your order.

Most orders ship within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. Transit times typically vary between 2-7 business days depending upon the distance from the shipping origin. Some orders such as printers require a longer prep and shipping time.

All orders are processed and shipped during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST) Excluding holidays. All orders purchased on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

We ship only to the confirmed PayPal Address. To prevent delays in order processing and delivery, please update your PayPal shipping address prior to purchasing from us.

UPS Ground is not available to a P.O. Box. A physical address is required in order to ship via UPS.

Combined shipping is offered on most items. Some larger items that require their own packaging can not be combined.

Free shipping is for the lower 48 contiguous states only. Additional charges may apply for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories.

Freight shipping-

When receiving freight items, it is the customer\'s responsibility to fully inspect for damages/defects upon delivery, and prior to signing any documents, reject any damaged items or pallets. We ship all freight items securely strapped down to the pallet, and wrapped. If any freight shipment arrives without a pallet or is unwrapped, customer should reject the shipment and contact our customer service immediately. Sunset Micro is not responsible for any damages or claims once the customer accepts the shipment and signs the delivery documents.

International Buyers- Please note:

Sunset Micro uses the Global Shipping Program for most international shipments.

Damaged Shipments-

Customers are responsible to inspect packages and product upon delivery and reject any shipments if the box or product is damaged. If a shipment is received damaged, the customer needs to keep the damaged item and all packaging materials, and contact Sunset Micro ASAP so damaged shipment claim can be filed. Customer is responsible for providing pictures and any relevant documentation in order to file damage claim. If a replacement is needed, the customer will have to purchase again. The customer will be refunded when the shipping company refunds Sunset Micro for the damaged product. The shipping company is responsible for crediting back the shipping charges to the account the product was shipped on.

Local pickup is available for most items unless otherwise stated. Advance notice is required to insure the item is ready for pick up.

Return Process:

Sunset Micro offers a 14-day return policy unless specifically stated otherwise in the item listing. We offer a refund with the exception of shipping charges incurred by the buyer.

Items returned due to incompatibility are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must be labeled with the RMA number in order to insure proper credit. Do not write directly on the product, it must be in resalable condition or Sunset Micro will not accept it. The customer is responsible for shipping charges from the customer to Sunset Micro. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.

All non DOA returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the issues at hand which will be determined by Sunset Micro. %95 of items are shipped free. The 20%

What is a refurbished Item?

Refurbished Item is an item that has been thoroughly repaired, inspected and returned to factory specifications. Basically, refurbished units are as good as new, since our in-house, factory-trained technicians repair and rigorously test each unit prior to the items being sold. Refurbished items, for instance, might originate from store returns, damaged packaging, opened boxes,cosmetically damaged units, or demo units.

What does the 90-day Printer warranty include?

We offer a 90-day warranty on all of our refurbished printers. If the unit fails due to a defect inherent in the unit, we will either offer to repair the unit at no charge, replace the unit or issue a full refund. Sunset Micro will inspect the unit for defect prior to issuing a refund.

Do you offer an extended warranty?

A warranty that extends beyond 90 days is available through Square Trade. If you would like to purchase an extended warranty, please visit the Square Trade website

Once my order is placed can I cancel it?

Due to the quick turnaround time in which orders are processed we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order. Please contact our customer service immediately at [phone removed by ] to confirm a cancellation.

Once I have my RMA number what do I do next?

Am I charged a restocking fee?

A. All products are subject to a 20% restocking charge depending on the issues at hand. For printers, a 20% restocking fee will be charged if: printer is damaged on the way back to Sunset Micro due to poor packaging, if there are parts missing (you could also be eligible for NO refund),or if the product tests in good condition when it was being returned as defective.

I ordered one product but got something else, what do I do now?

A. Our distribution centers have a 99.5% accuracy rate. Unfortunately, there are times when a wrong pull of an item occurs. If this happens, prior to opening a case on , please call our customer service as you would for an RMA and explain to the representative what happened. They will need the order number as well as a part number or a detailed description of the product that was received in error. All errors need to be reported within five business days of receipt of goods.

I received my order but some product is missing?

If your order is not complete and all packages have been delivered, prior to opening a case on , please call our customer service team to receive a pending credit number. This must be reported within five days of receiving the order. Sunset Micro Research team will make the determination on the shortage claim. This process takes 7-14 business days. Approved credits will be mailed to you. Denied credits are explained in a letter outlining the information that the decision was based on.
