Please contact us within Seven (7) Days of sale close to arrange payment and shipping.
Shipping
We charge you what we get charged. If you have a FedEx, UPS, or DHL account, let us know and we will use that to ship your equipment. All shipments will be insured in full. We will ship internationally, but only on the buyer's FedEx, UPS, or DHL account. Buyer is responsible for all Duties and Taxes. We will ship within Three (3) business days of payment.
Policies
Sales tax will be applied for buyers within the state of CA. (Exception: CA reseller w/ valid re-sale certificate) Buyer is responsible for all software licensing. We do not sell software. Please do not return items without RMA number. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all non-defective items returned.
Warranty: All items we list on are warranted against defect and DOA. This is a limited warranty and we do not guarantee compatibility with your hardware and/or software.
Satisfaction Guarantee: 100% guarantee against defect, or your money back! If we cannot replace the item, we will refund your money.
Return Policy: Defective items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. Buyer pays for return shipping. No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
