The unit was fully functioning when removed from service and then we removed our 4 hard drives. The unit will ship with a power cord (standard 110-120v North American plug) and the two software CD's that shipped with the unit originally. The included back-up software has been previously installed, activated and used so we cannot guarantee it will function or activate on your system(s). Customer Returns:
If you receive an item that was “not as described” then please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with a period of up to 3 days, after you receive the item, to be sure the item is “as described”. Should the item prove not to be “as described” then a customer may return the item for a full refund of the original purchase price, less the original shipping costs.
