  7 DAYS RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
  OGT-Clan offers a 7 days returns or exchange policy on all new goods sold.The 7 days starts from the day that the package that contacts the purchased item is signed for, period.To return or to have the item exchanged the following conditions must be meat.

  -All packaging, manuals, Warranty cards and accessories must be sent back other wise we will not make full refund as we will have to replace items.
  -Items must be sent back in packaging that will protect the product and packaging from damage while being returned.
  -The buyer is responsible the item when it is being returned to us.
  -We do not pay for return shipping.
  -We do not refund shipping fees.
  -All products must be in new condition.Damaged items will result in a 15% fine.
  -The customer must contact us for a R.A. number before sending back the package. If the package has no R.A. number we will not accept the package.

  -Once the item/s is back and we have inspected it we will then make a refund or exchange.

  WARRANTY DETAILSOGT-Clan offers a Japanese Manufacture 1 year Limited warranty on all new goods that we sell. We also offer SQUARE TRADE warranties. For warranty repair the item/items will have to be sent back to Japan for repair by the manufacture.We will pay for all shipping for warranties that are approved by the Manufacture*.
