• Insurance will be included for UPS shipments. USPS shipping insurance if requested will be extra.
• Items not indicated as being insured will not be refunded due to shipping loss or damage.
• Note that shipment costs & delivery times to Hawaii & Alaska are higher/longer based on location. By offerding you accept to these higher rates and potentially longer delivery times.

If you feel there is an error with the shipping calculator, let us know before purchasing or making a offer. We will look into other shipping options if they are available.
• If you feel the shipping processing time we have (same day or latest by the next business day) is not worthy of a 5-star shipping speed response rating, please pay for a faster shipping method (ie pick UPS 2nd Day over UPS Ground). We don't have any control over the actual transit speed - it's based on what you pay for. It generally isn't physically possible for us to get items out faster than we do :-)

• Please realize that your offer is a binding contract.
• Contact is expected no later than 1 business day after the end of the sale or sale and payment no later than 1 business day (we reserve the right to relist/resell if payment isn't received in this time).
