All items are shipped either via FedEx or USPS. Please reference the chart bellow for FedEx delivery time table. In most cases, we ship orders within 24 hours, after receiving your payment. Express deliveries via FedEx are available upon request. We use top of the line shipping supplies to make sure that your item arrives safely. Shipping to HI/ALASKA and similar locations will require extra payment in postage.
RETURN POLICY
We take extreme efforts in sending items as described. All sales are finals and no returns will be accepted on items because the buyer simply changed their mind about the purchase. All DOA items MUST be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund at our discretion. WE KEEP TRACK OF SERIAL NUMBERS FOR EVERY ITEM WE SELL. RETURNED ITEM SERIAL MUST MATCH RECORDS. No returns will be accepted without RMA. Buyers are responsible for return postage. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items that are not DOA. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our return policy.
WARRANTY
All used items we sell are tested in working condition! We do however, offer a free 30 days peace of mind warranty. A failed item within the warranty period will be exchanged or refunded at our discretion upon returns. Buyer will be responsible for the return postage. The warranty on all new sealed items will be handled directly with the original manufacture.
SALES TAX
We are required by the State of Texas, to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders placed within Texas. If your company is tax exempt in Texas, please email us your tax exempt paper work before you pay for the item. We do not refund sales tax after the payment is made.
INTERNATIONAL
International customers are always welcome! We ship almost to all countries. International custom & duty fees are always the responsibility of the buyer. Postage to some international locations are higher than our published postage. In these cases, we give the buyer the option to cover the extra postage or cancel the transaction. In some cases, we are able to offer a shipping discount, if you buy items in bulk. Please contact us, if you have any questions. Please note that international shipments may be delayed up to 1 month due to USPS or Custom's hold up. We are not responsible for this delay. We will work with you on resolving any issues, only after 30 days has elapsed from the date of the shipment. Please do not ask us to alter item(s) value to avoid paying custom's fees. Such requests will be denied and will be reported to law enforcements.
