All items are shipped either via FedEx or USPS. Please reference the chart bellow for FedEx delivery time table. In most cases, we ship orders within 24 hours, after receiving your payment. Express deliveries via FedEx are available upon request. We use top of the line shipping supplies to make sure that your item arrives safely. Shipping to APO/FPO HI/ALASKA and similar locations will require extra payment in postage.
RETURN POLICY
OLINKA will warranty sold parts for the period of 30 days, from the date the client receives the package. OLINKA is not responsible for any other damage or losses related to the environment where these parts are installed; Also any part modifications by the client are not covered under this warranty. Client is responsible for shipping original defective items back to OLINKA for warranty repairs, fully insured against damage or loss. In case of damage or loss, client will be responsible for initiating a damage or loss claim with the shipping carrier. We highly advise shipping via FedEx using the original packing material that we provided. RMA is required on all returns. If all above terms are not met, the warranty will be voided. This warranty will be limited to 14 days in which the client is allowed to return items for a full refund, less the restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any refunded merchandise, that we are able to fix or exchange. WE KEEP TRACK OF SERIAL NUMBERS FOR EVERY ITEM WE SELL. RETURNED ITEM SERIAL MUST MATCH OUR RECORDS.
SALES TAX
We are required by the State of Texas, to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders placed within Texas. If your company is tax exempt in Texas, please email us your tax exempt paper work before you pay for the item. We do not refund sales tax after the payment is made.

International customers are always welcome! We ship almost to all countries. International custom & duty fees are always the responsibility of the buyer. Postage to some international locations are higher than our published postage. In these cases, we give the buyer the option to cover the extra postage or cancel the transaction. In some cases, we are able to offer a shipping discount, if you buy items in bulk. Please contact us, if you have any questions. Please note that international shipments may be delayed up to 1 month due to USPS or Custom's hold up. We are not responsible for this delay. We will work with you on resolving any issues, only after 30 days has elapsed from the date of the shipment. Please do not ask us to alter item(s) value to avoid paying custom's fees. Such requests will be denied and will be reported to law enforcements.
