Because I am a first time user I think I can review this for others not familiar with wireless technology!!. If you are of the older generation and looking for a product with few problems and easy to use this is for you !! Set up is simple, very easy to use and understand, small and unobtrusive, yet does its job well !! Only thing that would make it better is if the charger cord was a bit longer !!

Back a few years ago this was really useful. Today with the hot spot available on smart phones. I don't see it used so much. On the Verizon network this jetpack ate data like a hog at the trough.

NIce router included. Works well with 3 or 4 stars. If you have 2 or less stars get yourself an external antenna instead of getting angry and complaining. If you already have a phone with Verizon verify how many stars it has at the places where you plan to use this and order an antenna if necessary. They usually sell for $10 to $19 and are well worth it to make sure you get a reliable and fast data service. Be careful with your data package since home internet use can easily eat a lot of GB and you cannot get an unlimited data package on verizon at least. Do not watch videos using this for data or you will pay almost what it would cost to go to a theater just to watch a video in HD for 2 hours.
Great, inexpensive way to access the Verizon LTE network on the go. Even in an area that's on the fringe of Verizon's official 4G coverage, speeds are good even during peak hours. Things get downright fast when others start going to bed and you can enjoy blazing fast "night net" with this little gem. To put it in perspective, this is with only a marginal signal (around -100dB); I assume it would be even faster in an urban location with stronger signal. Fantastic value, easy to set up, and all the features you need. Love it!
i dont uselessly write reviews i just read them some times you have to over read what they say butt get too the point when i got this unit almost two weeks nothing butt headaches it don t charge fully ever time i turn it on it beeps then turns off i hit it again same thing over and over then turns on then it says low battery and mean time it still plug in to the wall and other times i hit the button to turn it on and or replug it to the wall it show me 0% for an hour thinking it is charging or at other times i jiggle the cord which the cord is fine because i used more then 1 cord from my old jet pack that died 4 weeks ago same thing with the other charger it lights up then and peeps and turn off again over and over then when it charging then it discharge it self mean while it still when you think it charging it don t so i am planing on buying another jet pack like the old one it last me 2 yrs and i dont no what i am going to do with this piece of crap one thing gets me is it says on here brand new i think they just gave me a used one just one thing to say when it says new does it mean new or used they need to specify what it is when you buy a car you no what your getting new or usedRead full review
