I might say excellent some time in the future, but I will hold off until I get some better prints - the first prints from Target did not demonstrate the camera's potential. I had a 90WR back in the 1990's and traded it for a smaller body film camera (Olympus) at the wife's request. Why I bought it: long battery life; no lens cover; good lens with stronger motor than modern point&shoot cameras; water resistant and dust resistant; with film, low light, low noise time exposures are possible (example being fireworks at night, rushing water, etc.); bright view finder; zero mirror and shutter delay; nostalgia for my old 90WR. I want to take the camera on trails, beaches, and boats. My daughters digital Nikon developed lens motor problem after a visit to the beach, and one of my cell phones gave me heck on a separate trip to the beach. Inexpense digital cameras are great for slow scenes but this inexpensive 90WR allows catching photo subjects (children, dogs, etc.) at the precise moment.Read full review
this is a heavy duty point and shoot camera, i own two now, for the age of the camera, the pictures are crisp and clear, put it in macro mode, get in close and wow what detail, of course as with any camera, lighting and a good lens is what gives you that one in a million photograph. the lens on this camera is fantastic,if the lighting is right this pentax is what you want to get that great shot.38mm to 90mm zoom, water resistant, ofcourse the features this camera has is a plus.
I used this camera years ago same model. Water-resistant actually used it in hurricane Charley . It makes wonderful pictures There's something warmer about pictures that digital can't capture. I plan on using it for sunset sunrise and the Paranormal.

This is a classic of a sort. It's large, fairly heavy, and easy to use. It's water and dust resistant, and, in its day, was in common use seaside or in the desert. It's tough, gives excellent exposures and sharp images, and should last a long, long time. Its heft and finish make it a pleasure to use. It's a good, tough camera!
This camera is a PENTAX ZOOM90WR .Although it is not in the IQ series ,it is commonly refered to as the PENTAX IQ ZOOM90WR . So by searching in the IQ cameras available I was able to locate one in excellent condition .It's a fantastic camera it is weather resistant and has remote control . My favorite of the zoom series. Despite it's IQ status .
